the location was great, close to the metro. the rooms were clean and well kept. i also liked the pool and the spa facilities, very relaxing after a day of exploring.
The windows were not soundproof. I could hear a lot of street noise. it was difficult to sleep sometimes because of the traffic outside.

The staff were helpful especially ahmet. the hotel location is also good. It is just a short distance to the subway. the rooftop restaurant provides a great spot for breakfast.
the room was a little small. the carpet seemed not clean, so i was not comfortable letting my baby play on it.

the hotel is near public transport! tram and metro are close by, about 10 min from the center. it is a short walk to the tram station and historical sites are just a few stops away. cafes and restaurants are next to the hotel.

The hotel offers a rooftop restaurant where breakfast is served. The subway station is conveniently located just five minutes away from the hotel. The staff was helpful. They enhanced my visit. The cleaning lady always did an amazing job.
